Accommodation
Special accommodation rates have been negotiated for the Group Training 2008 National Conference. Accommodation can be booked when registering for the conference. Rates include GST and are quoted on a per room per nights basis and do not include breakfast. Accommodation cancelled within 14 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation, at the hotel’s discretion. Please indicate on your registration form if you have any special accommodation requirements.

Deposit
Accommodation reservations will not be accepted unless accompanied by a minimum deposit of one night’s accommodation (or a credit card guarantee-see below). You will be required to settle the remainder of your account in full upon departure from the hotel.

Credit card guarantee
Alternatively, your accommodation can be guaranteed by providing a credit card. The credit card details provided will be forwarded to the hotel to secure your reservation.

Change of reservation
Prior to 13 October 2008 any alterations to your accommodation reservation must be made to the Conference Secretariat in writing. After this time, please contact the relevant hotel directly and advise the Conference Secretariat of the change as soon as possible.

Facilities
The hotel features two unique dining experiences - Mondo Cafe Bar and Grill right on the Cairns waterfront, and Breezes Restaurant with spectacular views of Trinity Inlet. After a day's exploration of the tropical north, enjoy the hotel's heated 50 metre outdoor swimming pool and Health Club complete with sauna, gym and plunge pool. Hilton Cairns has broadband Internet access in all rooms and wireless technology in the lobby, Executive Club Lounge and boardroom.
