The following earlybird fees are available until 18 July 2008, after this time an additional $110 including GST per registration type will apply.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 18 July 2008 will be refunded less an administration fee of $110.00. From 19 July to 12 September 2008 the cancellation fee will be $220.00. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund, however, registrations may be transferred. Deposits for accommodation will be refunded up to 21 days before the arrival date. After this time refunds will be at the discretion of the hotel.
