2015 Western Australian Group Training Awards of Excellence

15-Sep-2015

GTA is proud to be one of the award sponsors for the 2015 Group Training Awards of Excellence in Western Australia.

The 2015 Awards of Excellence recognise the top apprentices and trainees that are employed by a group training organisation (GTO) in Western Australia and the Host Businesses who support the training of apprentices and trainees through group training.

President Stuart Diepeveen said “Group Training is unique by the fact that the apprentice and trainee is employed by the GTO who organises all theory with  on-the job employment and training being provided by  host employers within the industry.

“The 2015 Awards of Excellence event is a celebration of the top young men and women who have committed themselves to achieving excellence in their chosen career.

“The independent panel of judges looked at education and work performance, personal skills and more importantly how individuals were applying this knowledge into the real workplace situation.

“Regardless of which finalist wins each of the categories, they are all great ambassadors for group training and should be proud of their achievements thus far.

The 2015 Awards of Excellence will be presented to finalists and winners on Friday, 9th October 2015 at Burswood on Swan, Burswood. Tickets to the event can be purchased by contacting gtawa@grouptraining.com.au
