MY BUSINESS MY PEOPLE
Group Training and the Office of Small business are working together on My Business My People.
The My Business My People program is an initiative of the Victorian Government and its Office of Small
Business. The program is an opportunity for Victorian small to medium business owners and managers to
improve their skills in the field of work force management.
Group Training has been helping small to medium business with their workforce needs for over
25 years and has skilled and reliable consultants who work closely with businesses, to help identify
business improvement opportunities through workforce planning and skills development.
At a time where there is increased competition for the supply of labour and
skills available to business and industry vacancies, it is very important that
business is able to identify and access the workforce management
capacities and tools necessary to ensure an available and
productive workforce.
